The account owner needs to be responsibile to keep their own account safe. If the account has been hacked/scammed, we will not be able to assist in those cases. We do not unban any accounts that have violated the terms and services for the above reasons.
We do not provide exact details / reasons for the ban due to security reasons. Their terrible support staff whom many can't even speak fluently the language they are communicating in don't always do this but Bluehole will always have the final authorisation on bans and they don't remove any especially when the game is linked to mass illicit behaviour globally. Let's be honest, they know better what they do than you. And yet Bluehole support claims to lift the ban if there's "evidence" (my quotation marks) that the account was hijacked. It's not going overboard - it's pretty much the agreed terms in the Steam Subscriber Agreement and in each games licence. Don't go overboard stating absolute claims unless there's sure proof of the absolute claim being true. Still, other developers has appeal forms too. Ok, then Bluehole's ban appeal form is a joke to shut up complainers, I get it. There's not many if any devs/pubs that remove bans because the user was hijacked even with 'proof'. In this instance, the OP was hijacked so he doesn't know what went on within his account so it has to be assumed the ban was applied correctly.
A few support staff went against their very own TOS and it was overruled by Bluehole themselves so their bans remain.
