Finally as the head cheerleader decided she was ready to order.
Eventually a third lady joined them and the pattern of phonecall and chatter repeated throughout us ordering food and our drinks arriving. They were sat in the booth behind so everything was within earshot of these loud ladies. We were seated quickly in a booth and a couple of girls got my attention fairly early on due to a phone ringing at the table, being answered loudly and then another phone call occurring. What initiated myself writing a review was something which unravelled while my partner and I were dining. Food is standard, can be quite greasy depending on what you have, coffee I think is on a good standard especially by chain restaurant standards. We visited on the 1st of September for breakfast, you get what you pay for with Frankie's Breakfast, cheap and fairly cheerful. Had to write a review, simply because of the professionalism of our server 'Kieran'. Food below average though my French martini was nice - the reason for 2 stars and not one. They did take the drinks off our bill but the damage was done. We spent nearly 2 hours there and by the end I was losing the will to live. One worker went back & forth to a table 6 times before it was set, pushing the food on the floor and placing cutlery with his fingers on the prongs. We had taken to watching the staff work in total disbelief. Staff were rushing around with no defined sections to work. Finished plates were just left for what seemed like an age. If they had provided a better service this would not have happened. They finally arrive 40 minutes later! By this point customers are being turned away because they are busy. Another staff member asked if we have had our drinks we say no, says she will make them herself.
We enquiry after the drinks.Then the mains came without us requesting it and the empty plate still on the table. Ordered our drinks and food with starters arriving before the drinks. A lot of customers were displeased with this and after about an hour, we were there a long time, the main door was closed. It was busy but we got a table, by the door, which meant having to put up with children constantly holding it open. Arrived on a Saturday before going to cinema.
